Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Youth Therapist to join our team. As a Youth Therapist, you will work closely with students, families, and groups to provide therapy and support. Your expertise in equine-assisted therapy will enable you to create a unique and engaging experience for each student. You will also have the opportunity to participate in expeditions and facilitate workshops during Family Weekends.
Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, families, and groups
• Facilitate workshops during Family Weekends
• Participate in expeditions with students and staff
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or Chemical Dependency. A minimum of two years' experience working as a counselor/therapist with a behavioral health population is required, preferably with experience in chemical dependency. CADAC certification is a plus.
