Job Description: The Customer Care & Sales Representative role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling services, following up on leads, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships and drive sales. They are also responsible for ensuring customers receive timely and accurate information about our services.

The ideal candidate thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting customers in making informed decisions, and providing support to technicians when they call in.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online scheduling platforms, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
  • Following up on leads to schedule appointments and converting inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Practice speed to lead protocols to ensure timely follow-ups and maximize opportunities for each lead.
  • Assist technicians by relaying job details, scheduling changes, and resolving customer-related issues as they arise.
  • Update and maintain customer records, work orders, and scheduling software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate documentation to account for billable work and ensure proper follow-through on completed jobs.
  • Efficiently route non schedule related inquiries to the appropriate person or department for resolution.
  • Coordinate with office managers to ensure the next day’s appointments and service schedules are full and profitable
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services based on customer needs and effectively communicate those options.

Job Requirements


  • 2 years experience in a Customer Service or Sales Representative Role
  • Bilingual a major plus
  • Excellent, friendly and effective communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Positive attitude with an excitement for helping keep the branch teams organized and prepared
  • Basic administrative knowledge
  • Organized with high attention to detail
  • Punctual
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a high-volume company environment
  • Must be able to type 40 WPM
  • Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
