N DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is seeking a Plant/Production Engineer to optimize processes, drive continuous improvement, and support operations for a Greenville, MS manufacturing client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality.
- Monitor and optimize process performance (yield, throughput, OEE).
- Investigate quality and safety incidents, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and new product introductions.
- Manage process documentation, SOPs, and training for plant personnel.
- Support CapEx projects, process automation, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- 5 years in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering.
- Strong problem-solving, technical writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in chemical processing equipment and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, RCA, 5S, and Process Safety Management.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, MES, PLCs, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Background in batch chemical manufacturing and project management.

Salary : $77,000 - $110,000
