Job Description
- As a lead member of the multidisciplinary sustaining engineering team, you will work directly with customers/associates to develop and design control architecture, panels, and wiring drawings for new product development or improvements to existing designs.
- You will ensure that electrical component and system designs have proper analytical verification, production-level validation, and field-testing.
- A minimum of 2 years of configuration experience within the OSI PI software platform is required.
- You will configure PI applications per design specifications, including Data Archive, AF, SQL, PI Vision, and PI RtReports.
- In a team environment, you will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and designers to foster a creative workplace, promoting speed and excellence.
- You will validate all PI system components according to GMP standards.
- Maintaining Technical Regulations and Standards (TRS) for the business is also essential.
- Strong OSI PI experience is necessary, and mentoring less experienced engineers is a part of this role.
- Sometimes, you will travel to customer sites in the area or occasionally out of state.

- A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer, or Chemical Engineering.
- Working knowledge and experience with GDP, cGMP procedures, and engineering practices on pharmaceutical/biotech production processes, facilities, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Good judgment and decision-making ability are also required.
- An extensive knowledge of life science batch process is a must.
- You must be authorized to work in the USA without company sponsorship.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
