What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager - Glass-Commercial Construction position at In-finite Search Solutions?
The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects including materials, labor & monitoring of projects to meet deadlines.
- Driving a company vehicle occasionally, traveling to on-site jobs within a 50-mile radius.
- Estimating methods include taking on-site field measurements and reading blueprints.
- Interface with salespeople/clients/contractors/architects/vendors to identify the job requirements, specified products, etc.
- Manage contract fulfillment.
- Cost containment responsibilities for projects
Qualifications
- Must be a self-motivated professional with a fluent understanding of the exterior construction process.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and scopes.
- Must have strong knowledge of window/glass quality control and construction safety compliance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Requirements
- Clean Driving Record - Will be driving company vehicles.
- 5 years in the Building Supply/Glass & Glazing Construction Industry - WILL BE TRAVELLING IN COMPANY VEHICLE TO ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION
- 5 years of Project Management experience is REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS OFFICE, specifically Excel

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
