As the leader of our in-flight team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. This includes greeting passengers upon arrival, tailoring service to meet their individual preferences, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Passenger Service: Proactively anticipate and fulfill the needs of passengers during every phase of the flight.
- In-Flight Service Excellence: Deliver impeccable service with attention to every detail, ensuring the passenger's experience exceeds expectations.
- Premium Catering and Meal Service: Oversee the entire process of meal preparation, ensuring the finest quality of food and presentation.
- Aircraft Preparation & Compliance: Prepare the aircraft to meet the highest standards, ensuring all regulatory and safety guidelines are followed.
- Flexibility & Client-Centric Scheduling: Be willing to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Pt.91 Corporate Flight Attendant role.
- Client-Focused Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in providing personalized, anticipatory service.
- Safety and Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of aviation safety protocols and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing the needs of multiple passengers simultaneously without compromising on service quality.
- Physical and Emotional Resilience: Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and managing the physical demands of the role, while remaining calm and collected during high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to dynamic schedules, travel needs, and shifting passenger requirements, always maintaining a calm, confident, professional demeanor.
- Global Mobility: Must possess a valid US Passport and be flexible in traveling worldwide, with an ability to work in diverse time zones and environments.
