We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Flight Crew Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the primary coordinator of in-flight operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Passenger Service: Coordinate with the flight crew to provide exceptional service and tailor it to meet the unique needs of each passenger.
- In-Flight Service Excellence: Collaborate with the flight crew to deliver impeccable service and exceed passenger expectations.
- Premium Catering and Meal Service: Coordinate with the catering supplier to ensure the highest quality of food and presentation.
- Aircraft Preparation & Compliance: Ensure the aircraft meets the highest standards, adhering to all regulatory and safety guidelines.
- Flexibility & Client-Centric Scheduling: Work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate client needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Corporate Flight Attendant role.
- Client-Focused Excellence: Proven expertise in providing personalized, anticipatory service to clients.
- Safety and Compliance Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of aviation safety protocols and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple passenger needs simultaneously.
- Physical and Emotional Resilience: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and manage the physical demands of the role, while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
- Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to dynamic schedules, travel needs, and shifting passenger requirements, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Global Mobility: Possess a valid US Passport and be flexible in traveling worldwide, with the ability to work in diverse time zones and environments.
