Job Summary
The Licensed Clinician is responsible for developing and implementing Behavior Plans for individuals with IDD and Mental Health. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of best practices in health and safety, as well as knowledge of HCBS waivers and Part 633.16 regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and oversees implementation and training of Behavior Support Plans, Medication Monitoring Plans, or other intervention strategies in conjunction with Residential Services.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and training to applicable agency staff (clinical, direct support, management, and others as needed).
- Conducts required psychological assessments for service recipients.
- Completes Functional Behavioral Assessments, develops behavior plans, and medication monitoring plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in psychology, Social Work, or related field; LCSW or LMHC required.
- Experience in assessment techniques and behavior support plan development.
- Knowledge of HCBS and Part 633.16 regulations.
- Three to five years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
