What You'll Do:
- Enhance the Guest Experience: Provide personalized attention to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Lead a Great Team: Inspire, guide, and support our guest services team, helping them deliver outstanding service every day.
- Handle Guest Feedback: Address guest concerns and feedback with care, ensuring quick resolutions and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with teams like housekeeping and front desk to ensure a seamless and memorable stay for all guests.
- VIP & Loyalty Service: Make our returning guests feel special and appreciated through our VIP and loyalty programs.
- Track Satisfaction: Keep an eye on guest satisfaction, using feedback to help us improve and deliver top-notch service.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in guest services, with some leadership experience.
- A passion for hospitality and a knack for making guests feel welcome.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a hotel or luxury setting is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
