We are seeking an experienced and proven Leasing Consultant for our Autumn Creek Apartments community in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our organization takes great pride in providing real hospitality and we strive to make our communities great places to work and great places to live.
Duties include:
- Greet prospects, provide tours and qualify by covering all criteria.
- Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
- Update availability report, process applications for approvals. Submit processed applications to the Community Manager for approval. Follow up with applicant regarding status.
- Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date.
- Answer phones, enter service requests and respond to inquires.
- Follow up with prospects.
- Assist management team with other various tasks as required.
- Consistently implement policies of the community.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times.
Candidates MUST have a friendly and positive can-do attitude as well as excellent communication skills. Enthusiasm is essential.
Customer service experience / administrative experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
