Duties
- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in monitoring and fixing printers.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of servers and internet.
- Participate in project management practices to enhance team efficiency.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for internal use.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of web design principles and responsive web design techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an IT support role or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
