Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to an individual with diverse needs in home and community outings.
- Assist with activities of daily living tasks and support with helping the learner learn them with task analysis steps.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors.
- Support individuals in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
Skills:
- ABA experience required
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication required
- Multimodal communication flexibility
- Flexible mindset
- RBT certification

- Positive attitude
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (with safe driving record)
- Must engage and interact. NOT a babysitting position
- Excellent problem-solving skills and genuine interest in developing a positive relationship with the learner
- Valid (not expired) CPR/First Aid certificate (must have received hybrid or in-person)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shifts
- Overnight shift (every other Sunday night to Monday morning)
