looking for MEN caregivers HHA

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care, hospice care, or assisted living is preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs, is a plus
- Ability to lift and move clients safely
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Note: Training will be provided for candidates who meet the qualifications but may need additional skills development.
