Nurse Owned and Operated Home Care Company seeking personal care assistants to support physically and mentally challenged adult clients in their everyday lives. Experience in housekeeping tasks and caring for the elderly or disabled will make you a strong candidate.
Current needs involve Pleasant Hope area. PT hours in this area but if FT hours are required hours can be made up in the Springfield and surrounding areas.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to a 30-mile radius.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clients receive their medication on time
- Cook meals
- Run errands and complete shopping for clients
- Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide emotional support
- Inform supervisors about uncommon events
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
