Duties

- Communicate effectively with patients, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and concerns
- Provide care for individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs.
Skills
- Experience working in Assisted Living or similar environments is preferred but not a nessesity
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating empathy and patience.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
