What are the responsibilities and job description for the 6th grade Tutor (In-Home/Part-time) position at In-Home Tutors?
We have a need for a Tutor to work with a 6th grade student that needs help with mostly Math and may need Reading/Language Arts. Parent said she is lacking basic Math skills. Tutoring takes at the student's home located in Kissimmee (34746) for 1-2 days per week for 1 hour each session. Parent prefers 6pm to start. Saturday at 10 am may also be an option.
An ideal tutor is encouraging, supportive, motivating, dependable and consistent. A Bachelor's Degree in Education or professional educator's certificate to work with 6th grade is required.
