Position Overview
We are seeking a Rockstar Power Washer who is skilled, precise, and ready to deliver outstanding results. This isn’t just about blasting away dirt — it’s about maintaining a professional, neat, and detailed approach to every job. You’ll be responsible for keeping high-end properties looking their best with meticulous power washing, and any additional handy skills or window washing experience are a big plus!
Key ResponsibilitiesPower Washing & Maintenance
- Perform power washing services on a variety of surfaces, including concrete, siding, brick, wood, decks, and patios.
- Use power washing equipment safely and efficiently to deliver flawless, streak-free results.
- Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure top performance.
- Keep job sites clean and organized, minimizing disruption to the client's property.
- Take pride in maintaining a professional and tidy appearance, both personally and in the workspace.
Additional Handy Skills (Nice to Have)
- Proficiency in other maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, or exterior maintenance.
- Experience with window washing and exterior glass cleaning for an added layer of service.
Customer Service & Communication
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, setting clear expectations for the job.
- Explain the power washing process, expected outcomes, and any maintenance tips.
- Address minor client concerns on the spot with a problem-solving attitude.
- Report back to the operations team with job details and client feedback.
Operations & Efficiency
- Use company-provided technology to log jobs, update progress, and record client interactions.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in top condition, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to OSHA and company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 years of experience in power washing or exterior cleaning services.
- Knowledge of power washing equipment and best practices.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to neatness and precision.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.
- Experience with window washing and other handyman tasks is a bonus.
- Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and communication.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Chicago.
