Responsibilities:
- Provide dental care on a house-call basis, visiting patients in their homes.
- Perform a range of dental procedures including extractions, dentures, crown/bridge work, and root canals.
- Maintain a friendly chairside manner and effectively communicate with patients regarding their dental needs.
- Demonstrate a passion for working with special needs and aging populations.
- Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and work areas.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Doctorate in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
- Active California dental license and BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of patient treatment experience post-dental school.
- Proficiency in a variety of dental procedures, including extractions, dentures, crown/bridge work, and root canals.
- Clean driving record and valid CA Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during treatments.
- Compassionate attitude and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate suction, handle instruments, and type on a keyboard.
- Standing for a significant portion of working hours, as well as bending, lifting, and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision to drive, walk, close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Pay: Starting pay of $600 per day or 25%-29% production (whichever is greater).
