The Role: Customer Service Specialist
You’ll be the go-to person for patients, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from their first phone call to their last appointment (and beyond!). Think of yourself as a mix between a patient advocate, scheduling guru, and friendly problem-solver—making sure every patient feels valued, heard, and supported.
📍 Location: Fountain Valley
⏰ Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM
Your Daily Superpowers:
📞 Handle lots of inbound & outbound calls (with a smile!)
📅 Schedule & reschedule appointments like a pro
💻 Use Electronic Medical Records software (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
🎧 Be a great listener & help phone prospects book their first visit
🤝 Build strong relationships with new & existing patients
💰 Go over insurance benefits & financials (as needed)
🎉 Bring high energy & fun to a collaborative workplace
