What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Coach position at In Motion O.C.?
IMOC Fitness has been around for over 20 years—and we’re still growing.
In a state where the average gym lasts just 5 years, we’ve built something that actually lasts—because it works. Our clients stay. Our coaches grow. Our results speak for themselves.
Now we’re looking for a new Coach/Trainer to join our Irvine team.
What Makes IMOC Different (And Why This Job Isn’t for Everyone)
We work with a very specific population (but not limited to)—people who are coming out of physical therapy, or are dealing with recurring injuries, pain, or movement limitations. Most coaches avoid this space. We’ve mastered it.
We’re known for our ability to coach performance through pain, dysfunction, or physical limitation. People come to us because their injuries have held them back in other gyms. At IMOC, we train around the pain, through the problem, and toward real, pain-free progress. And we don’t guess. We work closely with Physical Therapists and use a specific approach that’s been refined over two decades of results.

Coaching Private and Semi-Private
