JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator, Club Design and Equipment plays a crucial role in shaping the comprehensive 4-Wall experience through the management of various initiatives, including Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects, club upgrades and remodels, and new club design and equipment strategies. This dynamic position requires collaboration with both internal and external partners, adapting to a diverse range of daily responsibilities. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external departmental requests and support needs
- Collaborate closely with Procurement and Construction teams to maintain and update the approved master product list (FFES)
- Manage project FFES budget, tracking ordering status and delivery schedules
- Provide regular updates to project teams and Operations on budget tracking and delivery schedules
- Utilize e-procurement system to place orders in accordance with approved project budgets
- Assist with project updates and schedules using Project Management software
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for applicable projects
- Update and organize department files, including digital file management
- Aid in sourcing and developing resources for club design, equipment strategy and brand standards in clubs. (i.e. materials and files associated with the layout and look and feel of clubs)
- Conduct club visits to document or verify existing design, material and layout information and to support fit out activities
- Research and provide support sourcing new FFES specifications and suppliers
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Club Design, Equipment, Construction and Facilities teams

- Prior experience in project coordination a plus
- Must be organized and resourceful
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to comfortably present metrics at various levels in the organization
- Experience with the MS Office suite with emphasis on MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, & Teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through to ensure completion
- Self-motivated with high energy; must have positive attitude and be able to switch gears instantly
- Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to work independently and receive direction
- Adapts willingly and quickly to changing priorities, responsibilities, needs and expectations
- Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables, yet remain flexible to changing circumstances

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to walk and stand up to 8 hours/day and/or sit for extended periods of time. Team members may be exposed to cleaning chemicals or airborne particles and will be required to wear designated PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as directed. Team members are occasionally required to use hands and fingers for handle or feel; occasional reach, push and pulling with arms and hands; occasional climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and occasional reach and twist, including side-to-side movements. The team member may be required to occasionally lift, carry or move up to 25 pounds and may seldom be required to lift, carry or move 26-50 pounds.
