Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-value financial insights using advanced data visualization tools.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic business decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior FP&A staff on process optimization, workflow automation, controls, and driving profitability initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Advanced Excel skills, including a strong understanding of relational databases.
- Familiarity with accounting and finance concepts; GAAP proficiency preferred.
- Proficient in working with large datasets and complex queries (SQL experience is a plus).
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Access, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and clearly present complex data.
