Job description
In-Shore Technologies is looking for an experienced Network Support Technician in the Johnstown, PA area. You will be tasked with providing support to clients in the Johnstown area as well as remote support for customers throughout the north east. You'll be working alongside a team of technicians and supervisors to provide support and respond to requests. You will also be working on network installation projects, both remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate has a personable attitude and enjoys problem solving and learning while working with a team.
Responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:
- User support
- User and network device support
- Device deployment
- Network printing
- Client-side and core network troubleshooting
- Supporting and deploying on-prem and cloud-based network services, including, but not limited to:
- Switches
- Firewalls
- Wireless (access points and controllers)
- Storage (hardware and network attached)
- Office 365
- Active Directory
Required
- 3-5 years' experience working in a small/medium sized business network environment
Not Required, but Preferred:
- Associates/bachelor's in systems/Network Administration, Information Technology, or another related field
- Related technical certifications
