As a small business, every member of our organization has an opportunity to succeed and make a significant impact.Primary Responsibilities : Asset Management including : Fixed Asset acquisitions, disposals, depreciation and monthly reconciliationManage bi-annual Fixed Asset physical inventory Property tax filing and accrualIntangible asset management (patents)Annual budgeting processRight of Use Asset ManagementSales TaxesManage all aspects of the sales tax system – AvalaraMonthly reconcile sales taxes by state Set up new jurisdictionsConcur (credit card and expense system)Administer company travel policyCredit card statement reconciliationManage system requirements (new users and policies)Manage and issue company credit cardsManage company registered agent (CSC) reporting requests and complianceBanking and cash managementWeekly payment runs and annual income tax paymentsPositive PayReconciliationBusiness Insurance managementFinancial support for AdministrationBudgetingMonthly reportingSW / Facilities AllocationsThe list is not all inclusive and may be subject to change.
