Job Opening : Land Development Civil Engineer / Project Engineer

ITG built environment are working with a Texas-based real estate development firm is expanding, and we need a talented Land Development Civil Engineer / Project Engineer to join our team. This role will manage various projects including residential, commercial, multi-family, industrial, and mixed-use developments. Are you ready for a challenging and rewarding opportunity?

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : 4 years in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Skills : Proficiency in Civil 3D, Hydraflow Extensions, Storm & Sanitary Analysis, WaterCAD, and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking.
  • Education : Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
  • Mindset : A problem-solver with effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and advise management on needed actions.
  • Conduct Site Investigations, Due Diligence, and Feasibility Studies.
  • Prepare technical reports and engineering studies.
  • Use design software to prepare engineering documents.
  • Act as a point-of-contact for clients and review agencies.
  • Perform design calculations and preliminary engineering evaluations.
  • Mentor junior team members and manage project schedules.
  • Attend meetings with clients and contractors.
  • Perform site visits and prepare field reports.

    • Qualifications / Skills :

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, Hydraflow Extensions, Storm & Sanitary Analysis, WaterCAD, and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Previous experience with a Civil Design Firm.
  • Familiarity with Engineering principles, techniques, and procedures.
