Civil Section Manager - Aviation Sector - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and subject expertise in areas such as deicing facilities, pavement design and striping, roadway design, utility design, and grading.
- Ensure meeting billability targets by effectively monitoring group performance.
- Leverage industry-standard tools like MicroStation, AutoCAD, XP-SWMM, HEC-Ras, and WinTR-55 to deliver outstanding results.
- Identify, analyze and resolve problems in a pro-active manner.
- Cultivate professional relationships with client, peer, and team members.
- Participates in the RFP/RFQ process including, site visits, client meetings, scope development, preparation of project approach, technical execution plans, schedules, and interviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Skills:
- Technical Leadership: Lead projects and guide technical teams towards achieving engineering excellence.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely completion within budget.
