This role is responsible for supervising and managing residential land development projects, ensuring they meet client agreements, budgets, and schedules. What We're Looking For :
- Experience : Minimum of 15 years, with at least 8 years managing substantial residential development projects from conception to completion.
- Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices within the commercial development sector.
- Education : Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural or Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the state of Texas.
- Mindset : Effective communicator with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
