Job Opportunity: Hardware/ EE Engineer
Location: Lynchburg, VA – Hybrid
Compensation: Up to $100,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytical, design, and developmental tasks to advance product evolution.
- Develop foundational electrical designs for both analog and digital requirements.
- Engineer hardware solutions emphasizing efficient communication and low power consumption.
- Design schematics, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and PCB layouts.
- Assemble and validate circuit boards and integrated electrical/mechanical systems.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve anomalies.
- Manage engineering lifecycle from architectural design through execution.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing to align specifications with market demands.
- Cultivate vendor relationships for efficient component procurement.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a minimum of five years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in analog/digital circuitry and system design principles.
- Familiarity with RF principles and basic software knowledge preferred.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Proficient in computer applications within an office environment.
- Ability to rapidly adapt to CAD tools.
- Experienced in evaluating and procuring simulation and CAD tools.
