location : hybrid (4 days on-site / 1 day WFH)
compensation : $60,000 - $85,000

a level 2 helpdesk engineer with solid experience in it support and administration. this role includes remote and onsite support, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with server and network administration. dealership experience is a big plus, as this position will rotate into an onsite commitment at a car dealership.
what you’ll do :
- provide level 2 helpdesk support and troubleshoot escalated technical issues
- assist with office 365 administration, windows server management, and networking
- support onsite it needs at a car dealership (reynolds & reynolds experience preferred)
- configure and manage security / networking tools (duo, unifi, meraki)
- collaborate with senior engineers on projects and system improvements
