a senior helpdesk / project engineer with a level 3 skill set to manage escalations and project overflow. this role involves handling complex it issues, executing projects like office 365 migrations, and configuring windows servers. familiarity with duo, unifi, and meraki is a plus.
what you’ll do :
- resolve advanced helpdesk escalations and provide expert technical support
- lead and execute projects, including office 365 migrations and server setup / configuration
- manage and maintain office 365 services (sharepoint, exchange online, teams)
- administer and optimize windows server environments
- implement and manage networking / security solutions using duo, unifi, and meraki
