We're Hiring: Part-Time Clinical Supervisor (CAC-AD, LCADC, LCPC, or LCSW-C)
10–15 hours/week | Hybrid | Prince George’s County | $45–$55/hr
ITG Academy is expanding—and we’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor who can grow with us.

Who We Are
ITG Academy is a community-based outpatient treatment program serving adults and adolescents navigating substance use, mental health, and gambling disorders. We accept Maryland Medicaid and commercial insurance, and we’re preparing to expanding to inpatient services.
We provide holistic, wraparound care rooted in dignity and recovery—and we’re building a team that reflects that same energy. As we grow, we’re adding leadership support to keep our clinical operations strong and our staff supported.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work alongside our current Clinical Supervisor (the CEO) to help share responsibilities and improve clinical systems. You’ll also act as a bridge between staff and leadership, guiding performance and program growth.
Note: There is already a Clinical Supervisor on-site. This position is being added to share duties, not replace the existing supervisor. We are fully compliant with COMAR supervision requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical supervision (individual and group) for all counselors, including licensed staff and trainees
- Conduct chart audits and ensure documentation meets Medicaid, COMAR, and audit standards
- Lead weekly clinical meetings and help structure case discussions
- Act as a liaison between clinical staff and leadership on performance or support needs
- Help develop and facilitate staff trainings and onboarding
- Support licensing, accreditation, and audit readiness
- Provide input on program development as we expand to PHP and residential levels of care
- Collaborate on staff evaluations and clinical oversight initiatives
What You Bring
- CAC-AD, LCADC, LCPC, or LCSW-C in Maryland
- Must be a Board-Approved Supervisor (Alcohol & Drug)
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in a behavioral health or human services field
- Strong understanding of levels of care (OP, IOP, PHP, and Level 3.1) and their documentation/clinical requirements
- Experience supervising both seasoned and early-career counselors
- Familiarity with COMAR, Medicaid billing, and evidence-based clinical practices
- Strong communication and leadership skills—able to give feedback, hold boundaries, and guide growth
- A passion for serving individuals impacted by substance use, incarceration, and mental health challenges
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily sedentary, in-office or virtual
- May occasionally lift or move items up to 50 pounds (files, boxes, supplies)
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods
Job Details
- Part-time: 10–15 hours/week, may be more based on needs and your availibility
- Hybrid: Some work can be done remotely; must be available for on-site meetings, audits, and team needs
- Pay: $45–$55/hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Flexible hours, but must be available at least once per week between 9 AM – 5 PM to lead supervision and team meetings

Bonus Opportunity
If you are independently licensed (LCADC, LCSW-C, LCPC), there is the option to provide additional psychotherapy hours to clients for extra income. This is completely optional—offered only if you're interested and available.
