We are looking for a Donation Center Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve individuals in need by supporting In The Image through the oversight of in-kind donations. In this role, you will ensure the donation center runs smoothly and efficiently in order to be the best steward of our resources in our commitment to serve the community. This role includes responsibility for training, supporting, and supervising staff and volunteers who work in the Donation Center.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Donation Center.
- Maintain a well-organized environment with steady flow of items through the Donation Center through clear processes and leveraging the skills of team members and volunteers.
- Provide supervision and support to staff and volunteers who work in the Donation Center.
- Oversee processing of in-kind donations with a focus on quality control.
- Collaborate with Operations Team to make sure the store is fully stocked, space is being optimally used, and storage spaces are well-organized.
- Help forecast and identify overflows of items and assist in coordinating Pop-up Shops or other methods of distributing items to the community.
- Participate in process improvement with team members; actively explore and communicate ideas for increasing efficiency in Donation Center as In The Image programs grow.
- Maintain a warm and welcoming environment, creating a positive experience for all.

- Ability to frequently lift/push/pull objects that are 50 pounds or heavier. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Experience with Microsoft 365.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred but not required.
