What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Planned Giving position at In Touch Ministries?
Position Type: Full-time, non-remote/ hybrid
The Planned Giving Manager will lead all planned giving efforts of the ministry and report to the Senior Director of In Touch Foundation.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree expected; 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 2 years specifically in planned giving.
- Competency in Studio Enterprise, Excel, PG Calc, Gift Wrap, Crescendo preferred.
- Genuine interest in and alignment with the mission of In Touch Ministries.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and strengthen the planned giving efforts of the ministry.
- Lead the Planned Giving Team.
- Understand and implement industry wide best practices related to planned giving.
- Build relationships with donor partners most likely to benefit from planned giving assistance.
- Lead educational and promotional efforts related to planned giving.
- Track and understand trends in donor partner’s planned giving.
- Partner with various ministry departments to maintain an updated understanding of ministry initiatives and giving opportunities for partners.
