Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative with a proven track record in HR and / or recruiting services sales . This role requires expertise in both inside and outside sales , with the ability to build strong relationships, generate new business, and close deals. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in HR Consulting or Recruiting sales and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development : Identify, prospect, and engage new clients needing HR and recruiting solutions.
- Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders and executives.
- Inside & Outside Sales : Conduct cold calls, virtual meetings, and in-person client visits to drive revenue.
- Consultative Selling : Understand client pain points and present tailored HR and recruitment service solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and close deals efficiently.
- Industry Expertise : Stay updated on trends in HR, staffing, and recruitment to position solutions effectively.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
