Position Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Strategist to drive growth across multiple sales channels, build a robust digital presence, and lead the development of a high-performing sales and agent team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in direct and B2B sales, digital marketing, and team development to expand the company's presence in the telecommunications space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Channels Management

  • Direct Sales : Hire a salesperson to manage leads, meet clients, and cross-sell company’s full range of services.
  • Partnership Development : Establish and maintain a National Agent Program and develop existing agents to extend company’s market reach through strategic partnerships.
  • B2B Sales Focus : Identify to engage large corporations to offer comprehensive internet and marketing service packages.
  • Online Presence Development : Build a digital platform providing accessible service information, develop customer portals, and marketing resources to enhance online engagement.

2. Marketing Strategy Development- Identify Marketing Needs and outsource vendors for :

  • Digital Marketing : Implement effective SEO, PPC, and social media strategies to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Content Marketing : Develop blogs that highlight success stories and showcase company’s expertise in utility marketing and internet solutions.
  • Referral Programs : Create reward-driven referral programs offering discounts or premium support for clients who bring in new business.
  • 3. Sales Team Recruitment and Training

  • Team Development : Recruit team members with a solid understanding of telecommunications, digital marketing, and utility industries.
  • Incentive Programs : Design performance-based bonuses, commission structures, and professional development opportunities to motivate and retain a high-performing sales team.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the telecommunications, utilities, or digital marketing industries.
  • Expertise in direct sales, B2B sales, and partnership development.
  • Some Background in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and content creation.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Salary : $200,000-$250,000 all in
