ABA Scheduler/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
The ABA Scheduler/RBT for In2Great! Pediatric Therapy Services is responsible for managing the scheduling of clients for therapy services, ensuring efficient communication between therapists and clients, scheduling ABA appointments, resolving conflicts, scheduling makeup sessions and handle cancellations. The scheduler/RBT will also answer calls, direct messages, and audit schedules. This full-time role will occasionally serve as an RBT working with our BCBA staff to ensure proper treatment plan implementation. This role is a critical part of ensuring that our family and client centered environment is maintained through providing timely communication and friendly customer service daily.
Responsibilities:
- Working with therapists to schedule and reschedule clients
- Collaborating with the billing team to ensure accuracy
- Providing excellent customer service to clients in a professional manner
- Monitoring phones, email and chat for cancellations and need for scheduling updates
- Ensuring all correspondence and documentation is dispersed to therapists, department head, and families
- Office Setting, sitting for long periods of time and viewing computer screens
- Performing RBT duties when needed
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Computer skills: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel
Requirements:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
- Previous experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with ABA Therapy Scheduling
Salary : $19 - $25
