iN2STEM Solutions, Inc. is hiring experienced acquisition analysts and project managers to provide life cycle support a Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) Program Management Office (PMO).
About the Program: Our client is the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Joint Program Office (JPO) for defining affordable next generation weapon systems for the Navy, Air Force,
Marines, and our allies. This effort encompasses the entire system life cycle including concept (CD) and system development and demonstration (SDD), Follow-on Development (FoD), the Low Rate Initial and Full Rate Production (LRIP/FRP), as well as the sustainment efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supports the coordination, development, promotion, and implementation a wide array of internal communication products supporting the information needs of the JPO Enterprise personnel.
- Serves as the internal communications liaison within the JPO.
- Leverages internal communications products to augment the external Public Affairs program executed by the JPO Public Affairs Director and Deputy Director.
- Support the Director of Public Affairs and Deputy Director
- Creative and collaborative thinker who can bring senior leadership’s vision to life through traditional and non-traditional communications channels.
- Ability to work across a multitude of staffs within the organization and partner with leaders at all levels to drive internal communications programming, respond to emerging situation and explore best practices and new ideas aimed at improving employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience developing internal communications in support of Great Place to Work® initiative.
- Familiarity with DoD Acquisition, Technology & Logistics (AT&L) personnel and program management.
- Experience in or understanding of military aviation operations.
- Analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
- Track program/project status and schedules.
- Participate as a member of and/or support the specified PMO and PMO-directed business meetings.
- Supports the coordination, development, promotion, and implementation a wide array of internal communication products supporting the information needs of the JPO and Enterprise personnel.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience:
- A Master’s, or a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree with 4 years of experience, from an accredited college or university in Business, Management or a related discipline.
- Experience in DoD or corporate internal communications, public affairs, and/or strategic communications.
- Exceptional writing, listening, planning, critical thinking, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and convey extraordinarily complex information in a clear, concise, and compelling fashion while maintaining strategic intent.
- Demonstrated ability in creating and managing effective employee and internal communications projects and programs.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully support senior leadership and communicate effectively in a geographically, professionally, and culturally diverse workforce.
- Ability in crafting executive messaging, managing workplace culture initiatives, and promoting a positive culture and system of beliefs and values.
- Demonstrated experience using DoD or corporate social media and websites.
Security Clearance Requirement:
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain an Interim DOD Secret clearance is required prior to start date.
