Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work order management
- Operate scissor lifts for elevated maintenance tasks
- Welding tasks as needed
- Provide field service support when required
Skills
- Proficiency in low voltage systems
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot logic controllers
- Experience with hydraulics systems
- Familiarity with operating scissor lifts safely
- Welding skills are a plus
- Excellent English communication skills for effective interaction with team members and vendors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
