Must have :
Prior experience in estimating or construction engineering / construction management industry is considered a plus.
Ability to read plans / specs for select disciplines.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, BluBeam, Accubid, AutoCAD, PowerPoint; estimating
Nice to have : Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Engineering preferred (5 years' experience in electrical construction also considered in lieu of a degree).
