Job Title : Trademark Paralegal
Location : Los Angeles CA, San Francisco, CA, Palo Alto, CA, San Diego, CA & Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Duration : Full-time
Required Knowledge & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Paralegal Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of trademark experience in a professional setting, with increasing responsibility in managing trademark and litigation matters.
- Law firm environment is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. trademark rules and procedures, along with a working understanding of international trademark laws, including the Paris Convention and associated deadlines.
- Familiarity with filing requirements for foreign (convention) trademark applications.
- Proficiency in conducting preliminary trademark searches and utilizing electronic research tools such as Dialog, Saegis, PTO, and WIPO.
- Strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Lexis / Nexis, Westlaw, Dialog, and other internet-based research tools.
