Hours : 8 : 30am- 5 : 30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Wednesdays and weekends off.
Job Description
We are a small holistic medicine office specializing in oncology located in Lexington, MA who is seeking an energetic, personable, easy-going, friendly, caring and reliable medical receptionist.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to :
Greeting, scheduling and checking in patients and ensuring medical records have been collected and forms have been completed.
Entering demographic information, collecting payments, answering phone calls and e-mails, relaying messages to patients from doctor and vice versa, scanning, copying and preparing insurance forms.
Must have previous medical reception experience for two or more years and be highly organized with good accuracy and attention to detail and a strong ability to multi-task and be productive.
We are looking for someone who works well under pressure in a fast-paced busy office and who can handle a variety of patient personalities and remain composed and compassionate.
