The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, business process analysis, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, configure Dynamics 365 solutions, and support the implementation and optimization of processes within the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather business needs and pain points, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Dynamics 365 Configuration & Customization
- Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements, ensuring proper integration with other enterprise systems.
- Develop and manage functional specifications for customizations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Process Mapping & Improvement:
- Analyze and map existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 to optimize workflows and processes
System Integration & Testing:
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other applications.
- Develop test cases, manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure smooth implementation of new features and system upgrades.
Training & Support:
- Provide end-user training, creating documentation and user manuals to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues related to Dynamics 365.
Project Management & Documentation:
- Support the project management team by assisting with project timelines, scope management, and resource planning.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system configurations, and process improvements.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the liaison between business users and the technical team, ensuring clear communication of expectations, goals, and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to business leaders and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance, or Supply Chain modules).
- Experience in business process reengineering and system optimization using Dynamics 365.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 features, functionalities, and integrations.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Familiarity with SQL, data migration, and data modeling.
- Experience in system integration and troubleshooting.
Business & Analytical Skills:
- Strong ability to gather and document business requirements, analyze complex data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in process mapping and identifying areas for process improvement.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
