- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions.
- Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in sap, sap plm, and java technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Skill Requirements
- Extensive experience in sap, sap plm, and java development with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using sap modules and sap plm functionalities.
- Strong programming skills in java and hands-on experience with development frameworks like spring, hibernate, etc.
- Sound knowledge of software development lifecycle (sdlc) processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
