Position Overview:
The Marketing and Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in both the promotion of our services and the conversion of prospective students into clients. This individual will develop and implement marketing strategies while also actively engaging in sales efforts, including lead generation, outreach, and client relationship management. This is a hybrid role that requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a results-driven sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote InAmerica Education’s services and increase brand awareness.
- Identify, generate, and convert leads through digital marketing efforts, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms, email marketing, and sales presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential sales opportunities.
- Nurture relationships with prospective students and families through personalized outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Represent InAmerica Education at events, webinars, and industry conferences to build partnerships and expand our network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in the education, consultancy, or service industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive sales approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and digital advertising channels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize marketing efforts for conversions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of international education trends and experience in student recruitment is a plus.
Work Schedule:
This position requires three days of onsite work at our New York City office, with the option for remote work on the remaining two days.
