Responsibilities
- Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality system procedures to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA 21CFR820, ISO 13485).
- Participate in internal audits by gathering data, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Regulatory, Manufacturing) to identify quality issues, perform root cause investigation, and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Engineering) to interpret new or revised global standards, assess impact to the Inari QMS and/or products, and implement actions to obtain compliance
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to monitor quality performance metrics and identify trends for improvement.
- Contribute quality training materials and help facilitate training sessions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Currently hold a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to quality and compliance.
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulations (e.g., FDA 21CFR820, ISO 13485) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with QMS software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
