What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Support Representative position at InAuto, LLC?
The Customer Support Representative is primarily responsible for providing tier one phone support for inbound customer calls. Outbound calls are conducted to follow-up on existing support tickets or to assist with onboarding new customers.
The types of calls include but are not limited to troubleshooting vehicle tracking hardware, device installation questions or assistance, issuing return material authorization (RMA), order status and billing questions.
Customer Support Representatives regularly engage and interact internally with Sales, Engineering and Fulfillment departments.
Salary : $17 - $20
