Job Summary
Are you a recent graduate looking to launch a career in banking? Our 2-year Graduate Training Program is designed to develop the next generation of banking professionals. Through departmental rotations, structured learning, mentorship, and leadership development, you’ll gain in-depth experience across key areas of commercial banking.

Requirements
Program Overview
Over 24 months, trainees will rotate through various departments, gaining hands-on experience in:
Retail Banking – Customer relationship management, sales strategies, consumer loans & mortgage lending.
Corporate & Commercial Banking – Business lending, credit risk assessment, trade finance
Mortgage Lending – Mortgage loan origination, underwriting, regulatory compliance, secondary market operations.
Treasury & Investment Banking – Capital markets, foreign exchange, asset & liability management.
Operations & IT – Payment processing, digital transformation, cybersecurity.
Trainees will also complete a capstone project, work closely with senior leadership, and receive ongoing mentorship.

Salary
- $55,000.00-$70,000.00 annually
