Job Summary

This position is responsible for HR reporting, timecard processing, and assisting with compliance tracking while providing administrative support across HR functions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
HR Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and maintain HR documentation, including policies, procedures, and compliance records.
- Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel files.
- Provide administrative support in performance management, training, and HR events.
- Assist in the semi-monthly payroll process by collecting time and attendance data from electronic payroll system. Assist with payroll entry as volume increases.
- Support audits related to HR practices, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate internal communications related to HR updates and events.
- Attend job fairs with other HR staff members.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree with focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support, analyst, or coordinator role preferred.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and reporting tools is a plus.
- This is an entry-level position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Salary range is $38,000 - $45,000 annually
