SUMMARY OF JOB

INTQ Financial is a Division of InBank. INTQ Financial originates SBA 7a, 504 and USDA loans nationally.

The principal responsibility of the Senior Underwriter is to underwrite SBA 7a, 504 and USDA loan assets for funding by InBank.


** this is a fully Remote position


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares comprehensive financial analysis of Borrower, Affiliates, Corporate and Individual Guarantors
  • Orders and reviews appraisals, environmental reports and business valuation reports
  • Reviews IRS tax transcripts
  • Works directly with Borrower and or referral source to collect items required for underwriting
  • Prepares Credit Display for approval
  • Collaborates with Closing Specialist to prepare any post-approval Modification Memos pre-closing

  • Other duties as assigned.
