What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Assistant position at Inbar Group Inc.?
The person in this role will be the right-hand for the Broker, working very closely with him, providing administrative support. This is a high visibility role with significant responsibility.
Duties include :
- CRITICAL : Maintain 100% confidentiality of all information about our listed businesses.
- Manage the Broker's calendar.
- Learn our contact Manager (CRM) - we will help!
- Confirm Broker's appointments by phone the day before each appointment.
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for each listed business to be presented to qualified buyers.
- Handle initial response to buyers, asking them a few scripted qualifying questions.
- Manage files in Dropbox.
- Create and manage advertising for businesses we are selling on business brokerage websites.
- Create and circulate a monthly newsletter using Mail Chimp, Constant Contact or similar.
- Monthly follow-up emails to sellers to summarize our activities and results for them.
- Assist with letter and postcard mailings.
- Assist the Broker with analyzing financial statements (we will train!)
- Make outbound phone calls to businesses, asking if they're interested in selling.
- Managing our social media presence, including posting of businesses for sale and promotion of those listings on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Other duties as required.
BONUS PAY - whenever our office closes a sale, you will receive an extra week's pay!
